Molly's Taqueria & Tamale Wagon
Molly’s taqueria & Tamale Wagon began when the owner of Molly’s Landing, Linda Powell, had a wagon on the property that was formerly used as a gift shop. Rather than let it go to seed, Linda’s son, Russ White, decided to hatch a new business plan.
The tamales are made by hand, cooked fresh each day in the Molly’s Landing kitchen, then quickly transported to the wagon. The tamales were first sold out the kitchen door of Molly’s, then at the Catoosa Farmer’s Market, and now at the Blue Whale, the beloved Route 66 landmark. The wagon has had a permanent home at the Blue Whale since mid-September 2013.
